Within his repertoire, Juan holds a list of over 200 pieces of repertoire performed between Arias, Art Songs, Romanzas, and Chamber works. He has also many choral pieces in his repertoire as well as major works as chorister and soloist. Juan believes that the voice is one of the most powerful instruments, if not the most powerful, to express and to "tell stories", as he describes his own interpretations.
"Since I started my studies at Florida Atlantic University, there was a phrase that my voice teacher and choir conductor, Dr. Patricia Fleitas, said and it resonated with me: 'One Voice, Any Style.'
